Cover-up Kit Testing​

Cover-up kit (Line hose, blankets, by-pass jumpers, pot covers, fuse covers etc) are all tested at the laboratory. 

​

All items are documented and cleaned before testing; we have large, purpose built sinks for washing and scrubbing the filthiest rubber equipment. 

 

All items are carefully visually inspected, electrically tested using Hanco test equipment, visually inspected again before stamping ready for re-issue to the customer. 

 

Documentation follows the equipment through all stages and replacement items are available for any failures. 

 

In addition to the test stamps individual I.D numbers and test certificates can be issued.
